Small, clean and nice hotel, friendly staff, they offered me as free breakfast fruit, cereal and juice! Hotel that takes care of all details in the property, well maintained. Easy to park in front there is an outsourced parking, only advice, if you are going to arrive late make sure hotel pass through the message because parking lot close the gate.

The hotel, delightfully surprising, was very good. Well designed. Good provisions. Quiet save for the whistle blow in the middle of the night—and who couldn’t use one of those? The front desk was helpful and directed us to terrific restaurants. The hotel is not too far from on ‘on foot’ venture into the more prominent historic-district areas in Q. A hot bath was exceptional. Nice roof terrace. Safe, Parking immediately across the street for $9/night.

My stay at the boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel's location was perfect at the center. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, offering recommendations for places to visit and ensuring I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in my stay, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the boutique hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay. I can't wait to visit again in the future!

Arrived at property with reservation through Expedia, chose to pay through the app. Upon arrival owner tried to make me pay again stating it was just a hold wanted me to do a transfer directly to a bank account which is unprofessional. I verified payment and refused to pay again. Then he stated it was an error with Expedia and it was the wrong price and that I would need to pay more for the room because it was wrong, verified photos and they correlated to the room I had selected. Terrible customer service, and the people before us had the same “issue” where the price was wrong and he made them pay more. Do not recommend this hotel, room was supposedly clean but had dirty towels. Decided to cancel and leave, never received a refund. Do not recommend.

Horrible estancia, iban a ser 5 noches, fueron 2. El encargado Enrique Vazquez desde la primera noche hizo un doble cargo, Expedia ya había hecho el cargo completo, al llamar a Expedia para aclarar el encargado se negaba a tomar la llamada de Expedia México, finalmente Expedia me reembolso el primer cargo hecho y me ofrecieron disculpas, pero el personal del hotel siguió haciendo transas, me quisieron cobrar el estacionamiento por adelantado en efectivo porque el encargado literal me dijo "es que necesito me pague todas las noches del estacionamiento porque el fin de semana metí coches que no eran del hotel y pues les debo" a lo cual obvio le dije que le pagaba la primera noche pero las demás no lo dejaría en ése estacionamiento, que es al aire libre y los pajaritos llenan de popó todos los coches. Quisieron cobrarme en efectivo 300pesos por cada dia que yo quisiera que se hiciera la limpieza y 100 pesos extras por toallas limpias! A lo cual tambien llamé a Expedia y al hablar con el encargado éste les dijo que las condiciones del contrato habían cambiado! Pero en la información del hotel en Expedia decia q de lunes a Viernes la limpieza estaba incluida, otra cosa falsa del hotel es el Aire acondicionado que en Expedia dice haber en habitaciones estándar y No es cierto, sólo tiene un débil ventilador, otra cosa nefasta es que NUNCA hubo agua caliente.Todo esto lo validó por teléfono Expedia y me ofrecieron disculpas pero el personal del hotel es Nefasto. Me fui a otro hotel

Excelente para lo que pagamos. El check in es muy confuso y no siempre hay gente en el teléfono o recepción y el pago entre Expedia y la propiedad no quedó resuelto. Tuvimos que hacer una transferencia a la propiedad y no está claro si Expedia nos hará un reembolso del prepago que ha vamos hecho.

El hotel está muy bonito y la ubicación es perfecta, sin embargo nos quedamos sin luz y sin agua durante un tiempo considerable, el calor en Querétaro en estas fechas es intolerable y nosotros sin aire acondicionado, si estuvo muy incómodo y fue muy frustrante. Además el hotel tiene un problema con las cucarachas porque en mi estancia de 3 días 2 noches y sin estar todo el día en el hotel, vi fácil unas 9 cucarachas tanto en mi cuarto como en el lobby. A pesar de esto Enrique, quien nos atendió, siempre fue muy amable y atento.

Pesimo hotel!

El hotel estaba cerrado a la hora de llegada de la persona que se quedaria ahi, estuvo esperando mas de una hora, se marco al telefono del hotel y nadie contestaba, tuve que mover a mi huesped al Señorial (mismo que reserve con la pagina de hoteles porque no se podia quedar en la calle. Necesito revisar como puedo tener la devolucion de mi dinero de este hotel por el pesimo servicio, hasta en la noche se comunicaron conmigo y despues de explicarles lo que ocurrio se limitaron a decir que si entonces ya no nos hospedariamos ahi esa noche. Cero actitud de servicio para el problema ocasionado por ellos.

Un lugar tranquilo y elegante para descansar, la habitación tiene frigobar y cafetera que no utilizamos, buena decoración. Solo el detalle que no tiene suficientes artículos de limpieza personal como shampoo y jabón. Las escaleras rechinan un poco.

Más enfocados en la decoración que en el servicio

El servicio es muy deficiente, no había gente atendiendo si algo se necesita y no contestan rápído ni por Whatsapp. No asearon la habitación en 2 de 3 días de estancia, no dejaron toallas limpias. El diseño del baño y la tina permite que el agua corra por fuera y se inunde. El costo del estacionamiento es por separado y eso no se avisa en ninguna parte. La cama es cómoda, el frigobar es muy útil, la distribución del cuarto es funcional.
