The rooms were so comfortable and quiet!! Ive stayed at other hotels in the Centro and been awake all night because of road noise and mainentence staff cleaning at all hours. This hotel was tranquil, peaceful, and serene. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom, excellent water pressure, comfortable robes, several room lighting options and the best pillows I've ever slept on. I need to contact the hotel and see what brand they are because I will be purchasing them for my home. loved having a mini fridge so I could always keep cold water on hand (there is an OXO right across the street so you can buy several large bottles if you wish). Housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning. Only had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, but the fresh juices in the morning are a must have. The Acai bowl at the cafe is delicious! Overall reccomend.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown, and it is quiet. An architectural beauty, in a remodeled old building and part of a church. Very interesting style. Nice place to watch a game, have some food or drinks.

Our stay in this property was excellent. Only detail is that we decided to eat dinner at its restaurant one evening and had to return the Lasagna ordered because it was burned and so rubbery it could not be cut. The room and staff were very good though. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property. Our room had many thoughtful details, such as L'Occitaine toiletries, and the space was both comfortable and well decorated. We didn't eat at the property, but when we wanted some wine, they had a wonderful selection.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help us start our mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Querétaro Centro. Definitively we’ll come back to this amazing property.
