It was close to everything but we had issues with reservation and had to pay an extra fee. Room was a little dirty and blankets weren’t the best but the room was big. Bathroom was tiny.

Nice visit with family. 2 issues, the bathroom vent fan in our room was way too loud, it woke everyone up in the night when anyone used it. We ask to have something done to it and nothing was done. And one of the family members had an issue with one of the front desk workers coughing a lot in the early morning waking him up.

No A.C in Room 28. Old bathrooms to take a bath climb steps in to the old bath tub. Should show the room when I extended my stay x one more night. Let me use a big portable fan only the outlet is to close to the bed. Should show the guest the room because is and very old exconvent .

The best things about this place were the location and the value. We booked last minute and paid less than $100 for the night. Keeping that in mind everything else doesn’t seem so bad. The hotel is in the city cemetery so right in the heart of everything so a short walk to the plazas and restaurants. Personally next time I’ll spend more and stay somewhere else. The hotel itself is beautiful with beautiful decor and the room was big, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive. The biggest drawback was the noise. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the entrance foyer. From our room we could hear the phone ringing, conversations, all the activity outside when the hotel front doors were open. If you’re not a light sleeper and you’re looking for good value and good staff, stay here. Or maybe some ear plugs would do the trick.

Booked this property based on pictures via Expedia...was overall disappointed. Parking was a fiasco, however the Manger Jorge intervened, and we got a place. The property from the lobby is a quaint colonial building, however, the rooms were horrible. NO clock, radio, hangers, wash cloths, hand towels, hair dryer or tub mat....and the shower floor was extremely slippery, BUT...the kicker was NO TOILET SEAT!! And when I brought to the attention of the nice young gentleman at the desk, he couldn't believe it either. Really disappointed in this property. Bad Job Expedia!!

Hotel en buena ubicación así como el personal muy amable. Lo malo: pasadas las 11pm apagaron las luces de los pasillos y tuvimos que entrar con la lámpara del celular. Las camas algo duras y el abanico hacía demasiado ruido, en lo personal no logré decansar.

Está muy bonito el hotel. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y con buen mantenimiento. El check in y check out muy rápido. El WIFI muy inestable.

Lo único que se debe mejorar es el acceso al estacionamiento ya que no te indican desde antes de llegar cuál es y tienes que pagar doble y además que es caro. Deben emitir y mandar por mail el boleto de acceso y la dirección

Una propiedad antigua muy bien cuidada en el corazón de la ciudad. Lo malo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento. A pesar de eso es una excelente opción!

Información confusa

El hotel es de servicio promedio pero lo reserve porque tenía estacionamiento y llegando al hotel me dí cuenta que no tenía y que tenía que pagar $200 Pesos por noche de Estacionamiento, la información al respecto es confusa y engañosa. Sería mejor que mencionen NO TENEMOS ESTACIONAMIENTO Y TIENE UN COSTO DE $200 PESOS POR NOCHE SI LO OCUPA.

La habitación limpia sin alfombra, el lugar cómodo y la habitación silenciosa, perfecta para descansar. El hotel está en el centro por lo que puedes trasladarte a pie sin problema. Lo único es que el auto se estaciona un poco lejos, así que conviene bajar maletas antes.
