Angie our receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance to the center of town and a number of eating establishments and tourist sites. On-site parking was available, but there were a limited number of stalls and it was quite tight for our mid-size car, there was also some street parking available.

We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

El hotel muy bonito, la atención y ubicación excelente, le falta mantenimiento, llega un olor a cañería a la habitación y por la recepción. El baño lo encontré sucio cuando me entregaron la habitación. Lo reporté y lo atendieron de inmediato. La WiFi del cuarto no funcionó, tuve que conectarme al cuarto de al lado.

Hotel bien ubicado, a 5 minutos camindando del centro, muy fácil de llegar en auto, con estacionamiento en las instalaciones, aunque algo pequeño para maniobrar, también cuenta con alberca y un restaurant de mariscos, el restaurante tiene un menú muy básico, pero la comida está rica y a buen precio. En general el edificio está en buen estado, con personal atento, se ve cuidado, y aunque se ve que ya tiene sus años, está bien cosnervado y se nota que han ido haciendo remodelaciones. La habitación que pedimos era amplia, con agua caliente al instante. Lo único que no me gustó, es que la bomba de la tina de hidromasaje era bastante ruidosa, y que la habitación tenía una ventana con un vitral sin cortina ni persiana, y justo afuera, una lámpara, lo que hace que toda la noche entre luz, y creo que si pega un poco en la caldiad del seuño tener toda la noche esa luz en la ventana. Pero fuera de eso, una estancia agradable.

Esta ubicado en una de las calles principales al centro y por ahi pasan todas las motos , camiones y demas transporte pesado q hace mucho ruido y las habitaciones dan a esa calle , el piso es muy ruidoso y se escucha el ruido de tu habitacion y de la habitacion de arriba , el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar y de los 4 dias q me quede solo un dia pude estacionar mi carro dentro del estacionamiento , tardaron una semana en poder facturarme el alojamiento.....en fin no me volveria a quedar ahi nunca mas......

Se fue la luz toda la noche. Se prendió la luz de emergencia y se mantuvo prendida toda la noche. Ni hubo agua, tuve que ir a las 6:00 am para que pusieran la bomba Fue una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie

Esta bastante bien el Hotel el único problema es del jacuzzi quizá no lo utilicen tanto x que al intentar usarlo salió mucho sarro necesitan dar mantenimiento a las tuberías
