We'd be happy to stay here again

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and were patient with my limited Spanish. The food at the breakfast buffet (included in the price for our booking) was fresh and delicious.

I really liked the employees´service I did not like the maintenance to the room facilities, such as: Safe Box did not work, the water tab did not worked well, The room key did not worked we had to be moved to another room

Las habitaciones descuidadas, paredes sucias, las paredes de la regadera con moho, los tubos de la regadera oxidados, el internet pésimo, la televisión no pudimos ver ni un canal. Me dieron una habitación con 1 cama, cuando la reservación era de 2 camas, al solicitar el cambio la recepcionista mal encarada hizo sentir como si hubiera sido mi error, en general pésimo hotel

El sistema de televisión es un desastre, se desconecta del internet con mucha frecuencia y los cuartos son demasiado pequeños, falta al menos una silla. En el restaurante solo tienen café de olla o té, No tienen café americano y la variedad no es mucha.
