Beautiful chateau in a beautiful location

Beautiful place to stay, rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is served upon request. Limited dinner options and it is advised to contact the accommodation prior to arrival for check-in.

A wow stop over

Not your usual stop over hotel, this seems to be a wedding venue that also lets rooms when they can. The house and grounds are amazing and a real privilege to visit. Friendly staff. Couldn’t get the EV charging to work, seemed to be an older Tesla charger.

Grounds, pool and play area lovely just what we needed as a base to explore France for the week. Staff friendly from owner to grounds maintenance. Stayed in the standard house and we were left to enjoy our stay. Standard house would benefit from a a little DIY but didn’t affect day to day living and was very clean. Noyon with in easy reach and can recommend fruit from the farm sign posted off the road on the way to Noyon. Tourist information office in Noyon very useful.

Incorrect

La chambre n’était pas dans le château mais dans une dépendance. Aucune vue car vasistas. La tv ne fonctionnait pas, les enfants l’ont regardé sur l’iPhone. TV de bas de gamme. Pas de restaurant, pas de café et/ou thé d’accueil alors qu’indiqué dans les conditions de l'établissement alors que nous sommes dans un 3 étoiles et bien présent dans les chambres du château. Si j’ai choisi cet hébergement c’est pour le château et non pour être à l’écart. La cerise sur le gâteau, il fallait libérer la chambre à 9h ! Alors que les conditions de l’établissement indique 11h ! Uniquement parce que le propriétaire avait un mariage … pendant le petit-déjeuner (petite salle), certains après avoir posé la question, ont reçu la réponse de 10h ou carrément 11h. Donc c’est à la tête du client. Pour un week-end bravo le repos avec un départ a 9h. C’est inadmissible ! On nous a bel et bien mis dehors mais sans oublier de nous faire payer et dès l’arrivée.

Goede locatie om de volgende dag door te rijden naar Disney. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en mochten zelfs in het “kasteel” ( zo noemde de kinderen het) slapen. De dame zei dat het gebouw wat we geboekt hadden te koud zou zijn, en we mochten warm in de kamers slapen in het kasteel zelf. Nou dat was een fantastische beleving voor de kinderen, en zag er prachtig uit. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, de bedden niet te hard en niet te zacht, goed formaat en niet te klein. Badkamers waren prima. Camping bedje wat we hadden bijgeboekt werd netjes gebracht, en heerlijk zacht opgemaakt, zoontje heeft er goed in geslapen. Ontbijt was prima, niet heel veel keus, maar genoeg gegeten allemaal. Zouden zeker een keer terug komen hier!

Expedia offrait une réservation avec petit déjeuner inclus... A l'arrivée, l'hôtel m'a montré le document Expedia qu'ils avaient reçu et indiquant que le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus (donc pas cohérent avec le document de ma résa !) J'ai donc payé le petit déjeuner 8 euros, alors qu'il était déjà inclus dans la prestation... J'ai écrit trois réclamations à l'assistant virtuel d'Expedia mais ce système de communication est une catastrophe car il ne répond pas ou, pire, répond à côté de la question ! (il faut immédiatement cesser ce mode de communication automatique et impersonnel avec les clients, c'est une horreur ! ) Conclusion : J'ai perdu 8 euros et vais désormais éviter Expedia pour mes futurs voyages... Expedia était sérieux autrefois mais c'est une pagaille monstrueuse aujourd'hui ! Bye bye !

The property is in the French countryside. The chateau itself is beautiful and the surroundings are gorgeous. There are several restaurants in Noyon close by. The folks who run the chateau are great and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.
