"It’s a nice experience in this hotel. It’s worth while little away from the big city, that’s what we wanted. The amenities within the room and common areas are very good and well maintained. Feels like a new hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. The typical European breakfast and 24 hours availability of coffee and juices are plus. Only one concern was that the room on the main road side was not enough noise proof."

"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit. Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. "

"The room access was by a narrow staircase and was two levels down from the entry. Breakfast and coffee were basic. In the bathroom, the ceiling had water infiltrating from the level above. The room was large and nicely decorated. The bed and pillow were good."
