New south-facing seafront apartment (classified 3*) in a secure residence

In a luxury residence, "les 3 îles", the 38 m2 apartment is completely new and consists of a bedroom with sea views, a bathroom with walk-in shower, large closets to store all your personal belongings, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a living room facing the ocean. Its south-facing terrace, facing the sea, allows you, when the weather is fine, to take your meals outside while admiring the islands or simply to regain a taste for reading or resting.
The apartment has a wifi connection and Canal plus. Located 50 meters from the thalassotherapy institute, you can, if you wish, follow your treatment program in peace or do some à la carte treatments. The white sandy beaches are close (First opposite the residence) and accessible on foot. Its location allows you to do everything on foot or by bike leaving your car in its parking space.
There is also a stop (in front of the residence) of a Quib'us shuttle, running in summer which can move you throughout the peninsula.
Possibility to rent 2 superb fully equipped bikes on site "(see photos and inquire when booking)
