In the district of Port Haliguen, charming house 5rooms of approximately 102m2 for 8 people. Beach of Porigo at 400m and first trade at 750m. Classified in 3* by Square Habitat.

It consists of:
- From an entry,
- A living room with sofa, TV, table chairs,
- From an open equipped and furnished kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and hood),
- A back kitchen with freezer, washing machine and dryer,
- A room with a sofa bed of 140cm and a private bathroom,
- Separate WC,
On the 1st floor:
- Three bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, one of which has a balcony,
- Of a bathroom with WC.

Possibility to park up to 4 vehicles in the property. Southwest facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and electric plancha. Animal not allowed. Accommodation equipped with duvets. WIFI.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (75€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleanning 204€. Linen supply, nursery equipment and wifi.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Terrasse agréable et bien exposée pour se relaxer et prendre les repas. Il manque toutefois des petits relax pour bien en profiter. Les chambres sont spacieuses à part celle du rez-de-chaussée qui se compose d'un canapé lit. Une fois celui-ci déplié, il reste 15 cm entre le fond du lit et la commode... Le matelas, même neuf, un peu mince, est désagréable pour dormir à deux. Nous avons passé quand même un très bon séjour dans une maison où l'on a l'impression d'être comme chez soi avec la plage toute proche. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.
