"it was a great experience over all. we wanted a day away from city buzz and it was great. it was labor day so it was a great last-minute find. kids complained wifi was a bit patchy, but that was in a way the purpose of the trip if you ask me.adjecent plots were also occupied, all family friendly crowd. the proximity to the water is great.owner communicationw as great."

"Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean rooms and property. The breakfast area appeared to be above average but many of the cups, plates and utensils were not thoroughly cleaned. The pancakes and sausage patties were extremely tough. They couldn't be cut with metal utensils and were inedible. It's a shame that the breakfast was so bad because all other areas were above average. Very nice place to stay, just needs better management in the breakfast area."
