"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. "From booking to arriving, the owners were super helpful, giving us loads of information before we arrived, and answering all of our questions. The property itself was perfect for us, we were 5 in total, ages ranging from 75 to 13! Plenty of space both indoors and out and everything we could think of was provided! The local shop was a real gem as well and literally around the corner. Would absolutely recommend this property"

"Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good...

"We had an enjoyable stay in the cabin during the Christmas time. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager, and the timing for the check-in and check-out were flexible.
