Its semi-covered terrace, adjoining the living room and one bedroom (sliding glass doors), will extend the evenings and make breakfasts and other meals enjoyed outdoors, in a natural environment with an unobstructed view. The villa is on one level with a "day" area and a "night" area. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, etc., faces the dining room and the living room, which opens onto the directly accessible covered terrace. The sleeping area consists of of 2 spacious bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom. Each has two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together or separated. A fifth (fold-down) bed can be added.
