Set on the first (top) floor of a building with two apartments, the home includes a living/dining room with TV, fireplace, and dining table, plus an open kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The furnished bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub ensure a comfortable stay.

Just 800 meters from the center of Quinéville, you’ll find a bakery, mini market, restaurant, and the World War II Museum. The wide sandy beach is only 1 km away, and Fontenay-sur-Mer Airport is just 6 km from the property. The landscaped garden offers quiet corners for reading and relaxing, and bikes are available for exploring the area.
