It does include the use of the entire property & home.

The Inside Garages, unfinished basement & laundry room are not included.

Exclusive use of house and property! This is a large executive home, and we take our property beauty very seriously. We ask that guests do the same

All return guests will get a special discount.

No parties or events!

Use of BBQ is included. We do not guarantee propane on the BBQ. Guests are welcomed to get the propane tank topped up if needed. We will not compensate for this.

The empty basement, laundry room, and garages are not included. The hot tub may be available for a charge. Ask the host for details.

There are outdoor cameras protecting property.
Amazing private place is a 15 minute drive to 401, restaurants, shopping & more.

Also close to wine tours, golfing, the best trail & beaches . You won't want to miss it.
