I thought the 2 people who gave me the key and showed me where the room was were quite nice. However the listing is deceptive. It took me 10 minutes to find someone. There is no check-in. Once I told them I booked on Expedia they just gave me the key. No identification check or paperwork. That was fine. But the room was very grimy. The ac was plugged into an extension cord that was wired to a breaker. Turning on /off by flipping breaker. This was not the least expensive (although close) room I've stayed in during my 2 weeks in Brazil, but was the only dirty one. I didn't even shower there because it was so gross. First bad experience with an expedia room
