A very quiet and familiar house with a panoramic view of the entire city


  • The suite is located on the first floor and consists of 1 bedroom, a bathroom, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen to prepare any dish. Within a 10-minute walk you will find ATMs and small shops, vegetables, restaurants and more.
    Walking a little further you will find shopping centers, cafes, banks, supermarkets and all kinds of stores, But the most important thing about the neighborhood is the tranquility, safety and friendliness of the neighbors. For us it is normal in the street to greet neighbors or stop to talk a little about any topic
    Personally, I am a person who loves different cultures, since I myself have lived for 20 years in Germany, England, Japan and I believe I have traveled halfway around the world, which is why I speak English, German, Spanish and others.
    We can arrange a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport, bus station or anywhere in Quito.
