Room was very basic, but clean. Bed was HARD and pillow was flat, but we were only there for 3 nights, so we made do. Staff was helpful and breakfast was fresh. Staff arranged our airport transfers seamlessly. There is no elevator, but we could keep our excess bags in a secured storage room instead of having to lug them up 4 flights of stairs. We felt safe here.

First of all, the hotel building itself is a piece of history almost 500 years. Second, unbeatable location, able to walk to all major historical landmarks easily. It is a very safe hood. There are plenty of restaurants around, next door to a grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly.

It is an old historic building with amazing plants in courtyard and.a terrace in middle of old city ..son rooms are quite old but with some character but did it have windows so they made they had glass panes in the doors to courtyard. .

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from all the must-see tourist spots, making it super convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, with attentive staff who truly make you feel at home. I loved being able to stroll around and soak in the local culture.
