Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Penalties: - Late check-out fee: $30 - Smoking fee inside the apartment: $35 - Early check in fee: $20 - damage or lost Sonos speaker $250 fee
You can check out with our building staff. All keys must be return, if you lost or take any key will be $30 fee per key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
