The apartment was very clean and it was located in a nice area of town. There was a 24/7 security at the building also. In the morning we were able to see Cotopaxi from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Affordable luxury in Quito

If you what cheap luxury this is the place for you. The apartment is pretty big and the view incredible! The sauna, steam room, and pool is great. There are entertainment rooms for teenagers and kids too. I would stay here again! The area is safe all day long.

The hardest part was finding the place then getting in the door. Security Is obviously highly prioritised. The apartment was lovely, well stocked with everything you need to stay. Very clean and in good working order. Great balcony overlooking the surrounds and the lights at night were great

The shower gets clogged so hard, the oven was not even bolted in properly and it fell very hard on my hard cause a burn. Security and staff do not care at all. The only good thing is the rooftop view.
