"Die Zimmer sind dreckig, Reinigungsservice gibt es nicht, selbst um Toilettenpapier muss man betteln. Aber am schlimmsten war das sogenannte „Frühstück“. Frühstück aufs Zimmer war super, jedoch das Frühstück war ungenießbar. Keine Getränke dazu, alles kalt und nie im Leben die angegebenen preise Wert. Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen ist das Hotel in Ordnung aber spart euch das Frühstück und erwartet kein richtiges Hotel!"

"Fantastic hotel! Everything was spotless. Reception was available 24/7 and answered quickly when called from the room. They were friendly, helpful. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Amenities were great - terrace with a beautiful view of Vilnius, free refillable water, free modern washer/dryer, and free breakfast."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vilnius. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, near Gate of Dawn (Aušros Vartai). It’s incredibly convenient, with the entire Old Town within easy walking distance, and the airport is only about a 7-minute taxi ride away. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. The hotel also has an ironing room with an ironing board and iron available for guests, which was very convenient. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Vilnius."

"Lovely new hotel with spacious public areas. Bar and breakfast were both enjoyable spaces and good food. Staff were very friendly. I had one of the rooms with the large glass ceiling. Although the furniture and decor was very lovely, as a 6'3" person it limited the useable space a bit. The other issue is the retractable blind, as it takes a lot longer to use than just sliding open the curtains!"

"We stayed 8 nights at the Congress Hotel in June. We loved everything about it from their spacious and well-appointed rooms to their tasty breakfasts with something for everyone to their extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The location of the hotel is close to so much in Vilnius. We were able to walk everywhere, even as an older couple. When we return to Vilnius we will stay again at Congress and recommend it highly to anyone."

"What a lovely and excellent spot. You have to be careful pulling into their parking as the entrance is both steep and tight. But its very accommodating. You have a restaurant right within the property if so desired. 24hr parking for 20 euro is fantastic. Easy access into the old city by foot. The room i had recieved is quite modern and very comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10"
