"We have stayed in several cabins over the years and this cabin is in the best setting by far. The view from the rear deck is absolutely beautiful. The stairway down to the creek is very manageable even for us old folks. The cabin is very secluded and cannot be seen from the road. I couldn't give it 5 stars, however, because the gas grill is worn out and will not heat sufficiently to cook food, and the bed in the master bedroom is uncomfrotable and needs replacement. "This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton."
