"There was dried paint on the floor, the privacy curtain was broken but we were able to fix it and the pool wasn’t clean. The room was super cute, clean, it smelled really good and very spacious. I loved the ambiance of the whole place. I would recommend flavored creamers for coffee. All in all I would stay there again."

"The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our money she then asks if we are military. That is something you are supposed to ask before taking payment. She didn’t instruct us on how to use the QR code for entering the hotel or the room. If it wasn’t for the gentleman that was there at the time we wouldn’t have known what to do. For a place to look so nice, it’s sad that it has employees like her working in it. I’ll never book here again if she is still an employee."
