The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam. "The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."
