In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km. Skisport facilities 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiteralm 7 km, Obertauern 27 km, Snowspace Flachau 20 km.
