This newly renovated apartment is complete with all the amenities you need for an idyllic mountain escape. The apartment has central heating, a well-equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine and dishwasher). This 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. WiFi is available also in public areas as well as private bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy the use of a TV.

The outside area of this apartment is truly inviting. Enjoy the large shared terrace (covered and uncovered), the large shared pool, shared BBQ and the outside shower. Kids will be entertained too in the playground area. There is also a private balcony with Apartment Elisabeth.

The apartment is in the perfect location for skiing and hiking - close to the Ski Amadé ski area and the Schladming-Dachstein hiking region (15 km by car). Other skiing and hiking places can be reached by car: Obertauern (20 km), Flachau (15km), Zauchensee (20km), Salzburg (75km). By car you can reach the nearest cafe (2.93 km away), bakery (4.53 km), pub (4.5 km), supermarket (3.53 km), restaurant (1.77 km) and lake 13.6 km).

Hallstatt is 66 km away from the apartment via Österreichische Romantikstraße.

Parking is available both on-site and on the street, parking in the garage is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony. This apartment does not allow parties. The pool is free to use and is open from early June to mid-September (weather permitting). Pool towels are not provided.

A ski bus to the Forstau - Fageralm ski area stops 50 metres away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Alpenfreibad Radstadt & mini-golf are included free of charge with the guest card, as well as a discount for the Therme Amadé and in the summer, the mountain railways. A baby chair and cot are available. The interior is step-free.
