Good hotel for the money

Have stayed here a few times and the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but, it’s well priced and fine for an overnight stay

Absolutely awful stay. The rooms are basic (as to be expected) but, I have never stayed anywhere so unclean. Cobwebs in every corner, stains on the floor, dirt marks in the shower and hairs in the bed. Felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned. We arrived late at night so didn’t feel able to try and change a room. Left early the next morning as we couldn’t wait to leave. Staff pleasant on check in

The hotel is next to the highway which is very convenient. I'm aware this is Ibis budget so one shouldn't expect luxury. However, I do expect clean room and bathroom, as well as polite staff.

This hotel is good for a one night stay by the motorway on the Belgium / German border. It serves this purpose very well. The hotel is basic, but is clean and remarkably comfortable. There is no real dining options available in the location, so bring food with you in your car.

The hotel and room were very simple and basic, but we expected that, so it wasn't a problem. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast, though, for a hotel like this. It is on a very busy stopping/fueling place for trucks on the German/Belgian border, so you have to watch out very well for traffic.

Excellent with one observation

Excellent stop-over with easy access on and off the motorway. Excellent service by friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. General cleanliness was very good except that someone needs to use a crevice tool on the vacuum cleaner to remove the dust accumulation around the skirting boards and around the bed base etc.

Clean and comfortable

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and he processed my check in very efficiently. Room is normal ibis style small but suitable for one or two night stay. I did not have breakfast this stay but I know it is a generous buffet. The petrol station shop is well stocked for basic food if needed. Overall a very good stop.

Helpful and smiling staff. Thanks them all. Hotel is actually in a motorway service point. So, very convenient if you will carry on your journey in the morning on or near this route. It’s near standard Ibis Budget hotel quality (which we used for many years happily and we will continue to use). However this time room had lack of cleaning. If anyone reads from management, please have some deep cleaning and change broken or damaged (uncleanable spots, cigarette spots etc) sheets with new ones. Overall we slept well and had our nice breakfast (coffee was good) and carried on our way. Thanks again to Ibis for value of accommodation.

Staff was nice enough. But the room stank of wee. Every time I went into the toilet it smelt like a porter loo.. it just smells like it was used as a public toilet. I dont know, maybe some previous guests have weed on the walls or carpet. Disgusting. Unless it was only that one room we stayed in. It does the jobs as a one night stop over given the location.
