"It was hard to see while driving up into the parking lot at night during rain ...Could use more outside lighting ! Maybe a Street light as you turn up ...Very Friendly front desk service & Very clean & comfortable beds,.. The complimentary breakfast was very nice also ! Lots to choose from & hot food .."

"Nice setting on the water. Rooms were a little tired. Pipes running below ceiling, no place to hang towels in very small bathroom, poor lighting, unable to control heat or ac. Lots of “character”, but could use a renovation. The restaurant was good, but the advertised breakfast menu made us assume we would be able to get breakfast. Unfortunately, it is only available on Saturdays, after 10:00 am."

"The house was a perfect retreat for our family. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The view was fantastic, we saw seals, lions and even a deer swimming. No fog (unbelievable), just sunshine. Location is great - close to LaHave and beaches. Enjoyed outside decks/ furniture, and hot tub and sauna. Had a lobster dinner at the outside table! Host was responsive to our concerns ( propane tank empty and sauna light not working). Opportunity for improvement would be lawn maintenance. Trimming grass around the fire pit area and fences."

"We loved our stay in this large, charming, antique home! It was comfortable, clean, peaceful, and an excellent value. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was very well supplied with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, they were a wonderful convenience during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!"
