This is a great place, exactly as advertised, clean, and with a lovely little outdoor area. You can walk to shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes. Helen is very nice and helpful if you need to know something.

This little studio had absolutely everything we needed for a much needed break away to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. A very comfy bed, fabulous shower with oodles of hot water, privacy from neighbours and an excellent communicative host. Helen made it really easy for us to check in and checkout. Found this property at very short notice. Helen was very accommodating to deal with and nothing was a problem. Very close to town (walking distance) The house was extremely tidy, well organised and great value for money. Would stay again in a heart beat.
