Surrounded by a large, wooded lot of about 1 hectare, featuring flowers and fruit trees, it offers the perfect setting to recharge, enjoy the tranquility, and share wonderful moments with family or friends.

✨ Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, the house consists of a main single-story section that can accommodate 5 guests, as well as an upstairs guesthouse that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Its simple charm, warm atmosphere, and spacious rooms make it the perfect spot for a nature getaway in Normandy.

✨ The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, just like at home. It features a small dishwasher, an electric oven, a hob with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. You’ll also find all the necessary dishes and utensils, in sufficient quantities for your group.

✨ The Living Area
You’ll enjoy a cosy living room with a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings by the fire during the winter months. The first batch of firewood is provided upon your arrival. The living room also features an HD TV with local channels and Netflix access (account not provided), as well as a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed.

The large, bright sunroom, opening out onto the natural surroundings, offers a lovely space to share meals, aperitifs, and quality time together. Here, you can slow down, enjoy the peace and quiet, and escape from the daily grind.

✨ The Bedrooms
The house has several sleeping areas that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.
On the ground floor of the main house, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 and a 140 bed.
One of the bedrooms also has its own shower and sink, for added comfort and privacy.
An extra bed is also available in the game room, ideal for adding to the sleeping arrangements depending on the size of your group.
The third bedroom is located upstairs in the outbuilding. It is equipped with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. To access it, you must exit the main house and take an outdoor staircase.
Each bedroom also has storage space so everyone can store their personal belongings during their stay.

✨ The Bathrooms
The house features a separate toilet and three bathroom areas, designed with everyone’s comfort in mind.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a main bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day in the countryside.
One of the double bedrooms on the ground floor also has its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, for added privacy.
In the upstairs outbuilding, the bedroom accessible via the outdoor staircase also features its own private bathroom with a shower and sink.
A practical and comfortable layout, perfect for stays with family or friends.

✨ A game room adjacent to the house is also at your disposal, featuring foosball, board games, an exercise bike, a laundry area, and a large office—ideal for working remotely in peace during your stay.
