"Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!"

"Lovely, well appointed, house. Slept 6 no problem. 2 in each bedroom and 1 on each sleeper couch. Every need anticipated by the host. Quick walk into Greenport. Beach just a few blocks down the street. We hope to stay again."

"Great location and price. Easy and flexible check-in with great communication from host. The hot tub could be cleaner, there was a lot of debris caught around the drain when we used it. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because there seems to be almost no sound-proofing between this unit and the one upstairs. There were two different bookings that overlapped with ours, and my partner and I could hear everything both stays were doing: every footstep, every word of their conversations, jumping, snoring at night. Both stays were making noise during the “super quiet hours” which disturbed our peace more than the ferry traffic line that starts at dawn. The final morning I had enough of the jumping while screaming “daddy catch me!” and, in my pajamas at 7am, asked the other guests to please quiet down. I think they just left the premises after that. We live in an NYC apartment with thin walls ourselves, and still found it pretty loud. If you’re only booking a stay in one unit, be warned!"
