"As usual front desk staff are just great. Room was very clean and I arrived early so had to wait for housekeeping finished. I was there before check-in time so expected to need to wait but the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful and put a rush on getting it ready. This hotel is always my place of choice when in Merrit "

"Spectacular views from the kitchen and living rooms. Every room was designed with a modern feel while in the wilds of the country side. Very bright and comfortable living. It was a big place for just the three of us. Maybe next time we'll invite another family of three to join us. "

"Seen a lot of not so good reviews for this place. This was not my experience at all. Good clean room for a very affordable price. Person working front desk (owner I believe) was very friendly and let me see the room before booking. We forgot an item at the hotel, owner called us up and even agreed to possibly meet us somewhere in lower mainland to return item. Good hotel at a good price, well run. You can’t ask for much more."
