This beautiful farmhouse has 5 bedrooms including 12 beds, 3 full bathrooms, living room, board game room, dining room, library, 2 laundry rooms, 3 porches, and an abundance of communal space. This property is in a private setting and centrally located to The New River Gorge, Summersville Lake, Babcock State Park, and Hawks Nest State Park. Outdoor activities on-site include hiking trails, wading/kayaking in the nearby creek, volleyball, horseshoe pits, cornhole, and an outdoor fire pit.

This home is in a rural setting with an abundance of private acreage surrounding it. The possibilities of outdoor activities are endless. The home has 3 porches that are all covered and offer a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature.

This home offers two master suites with private bed and attached bathrooms. One master suite is on the first floor and one is on the second floor. There are 3 other bedrooms that have multiple beds in each of the bedrooms. Every bedroom in the house has its own individual heating and air conditioning for individual preferences and comfort.

There is an on-site library with a variety of genres of books. There is also a board game room with a variety of games and puzzles.

On-site outdoor activities include fishing and kayaking in the creek, hiking, biking, volleyball, horseshoe pits, cornhole boards, and fire pit.
