"Loved the facilities. Be prepared for a very small room. Barely a place to open your luggage. If not traveling with a spouse etc know that there is nowhere to change or even shower without being in full view. Doors are frosted and you can see each other at all times! Other than that, location was convenient, bar and restaurants were great and you cant beat tbe rate!"

"Wow! What a great find! Two women in their 60s traveling to Austin for the first time to see the Congress St bridge bats:) No idea really where to stay but chose this place because of Rainey St and their reviews. It was perfect for us! We each had a studio room with a balcony. They even put us next to each other! The entire staff from check in, housekeeping, maintenance, coffee/wine bar staff, check out were all amazing!!!! Very safe, clean, fun, place to stay! Bonus was washer/dryer and full sized fridge with cold door water and ice so we could fill our water bottles each day as we headed out. We definitely recommend and would stay again for sure! It got a little noisy Thursday with the music on Rainey but they have sound machines in the room so I turned it on one night. But really it's such a great place don't let that stop you from staying!"
