"This is a beautiful, modern house, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We visited in December and there were games and a smart TV to keep us entertained in the evenings. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and helpful throughout. She left a very thoughtful welcome pack of food and drink essentials and was happy to be contacted with questions both before and during our visit. She even posted back items we had left behind. Thank you, Kelly, for a lovely stay!"

The people there are welcoming andbit was exactly what we expected it to be: a home away from home. The owner was extremely helpful. "My family and I were slightly hesitant about booking a cottage in the midst of winter but we all had the best time ever. The Cottage is gorgeous and the wood-burning stove made it super cosy, the kids adored playing on the trampoline for hours on end. We discovered some stunning countryside walks and forests and quaint old Kentish pubs serving amazing food - we all want to come back already. Really organised hosts too - thank you !"

"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"
