"The digital check in was seemless. The live support was courteous and helpful for any needs. No noise concerns. Mattresses were very soft, but not because they were old and broken down, just softer than you'd typically find in a motel - whether that's good or bad would be entirely up to personal preference. Our only complaint was that two out of the three pillows on each bed were crappy, lumpy foam."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay up in Rainy lake. The cabin was beautiful and fit everyone well, and we had 5 teenagers and a dog! The connected bathrooms on 3 of the 4 bedrooms were a hit, as were the reclining sofa and loveseat. We also enjoyed the sunroom with the fireplace (good kid hangout space) The location is great. Even at this time of year, there are multiple lodges/restaurants to enjoy. The Thunderbird Lodge is a quick boat ride across the bay, or less than 10 minutes by car. The Cantilever in Rainier is a favorite. The Tilson Bay Bog Walk is a must. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful home, with great access to the lake. Very comfortable beds, and large enough for two families to enjoy together. The kitchen was well equipped and had some seasonings and essentials. The property was very cleaned and well maintained. Firepit was a nice add as well. Would definitely book again, and Pam was very professional and helpful throughout the process."

"The Cantilever is a great little boutique hotel. The food in the restaurant is absolutely outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bar is a fun and boisterous atmosphere and offers a selection of original and creative cocktails. The bed was perfect, and I found it very restful and quiet. I use a portable power wheelchair and I was happy with the elevator and other ADA facilities. Highly recommended!"
