"Great location, less than a mile from the V&A Waterfront, making it easy to walk to the many shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The waterfront itself is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful views and a lively atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the nice walking path leading to the waterfront, which made getting there both convenient and enjoyable. The hop-on hop-off bus stops just outside in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was excellent. A wonderful place to stay while exploring Cape Town!"

"Clean and spacious room, with a full kitchen (although I didn't use). A complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in, as well as 2 bottles of water daily are provided, which is a very nice gesture. One drawback: the wall outlets are generally not suitable for most international travelers, but it should be easy to borrow an adapter from the front desk. Breakfast is decent, and the Chinese/Japanese restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Other than that, one needs to go a bit farther distance to find good restaurants."

"Nice enough hotel, just getting a little tired but it wasn’t too bad. Spa locker rooms could use some TLC as could the gym but it was fine. Hot tub wasn’t that hot and was kind of cheap looking. Nobody helped us with our bags upon arrival so that was disappointing … And it took a lot of attempts to get help with the baggage when we were leaving, but it got done… Other than that Amy concierge was truly outstanding! I also had an incredible spa service in their spa."

"I was a bit shocked when I checked into my room and could open the interleading door to the next room, both myself and the guest next door was terrified - as a woman travelling alone I did not feel safe after the incident. I was told by hotel staff that the doors should automatically lock, but I was able to open it on an unexpected guest !"

"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. We did enjoy our stay overall though as the property and facilities are really modern and stunning and the food is very tasty. There is also a more upmarket restaurant in the building in addition to the cafe."
