There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. "This is a lovely, quirky hotel which is bursting with character. Our room was impressive and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on two evenings and on each the food was fresh and delicious. The live music added to the enjoyment of the evening. "

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."
