"room was excellent , foods was reasonable, staff at the dinning room are okay in general yet need to be more attentive and likely need more training as they tend to be more chitty chatty among themselves than attending to the customers ; some are polite and attentive though. overall is an excellent stay. very clean , got a yoga room that is very soothing with yoga teacher comes at 6-7 am would strongly recommend thus hotel. "

Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming.
