  • Looking for a cool experience while in Durham? This fun little cottage will meet all of your needs. Located on a quiet and established street just minutes from downtown Durham, this cottage was originally built in 1900. Over the years, there have been additions to the cottage which is where the "quirky" comes in. It comes complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an office. The office can also be used as a sleeping area with its daybed and trundle. The living area too has a pull out sofa. Up to 2 dogs allowed with an additional $87 fee.
