This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't strip or make the bed. If the sheets are still on, I can inspect them easily, and apply spot cleaner, wherever needed. If the bed is stripped, I'd have to remake it to inspect it.
Don't take out the trash. I will do this to ensure recyclables make it into the correct bins.
If you brought a dog, bag the dog poop. That's it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

ADA service animals do not require host's approval prior to booking. No pet fees apply, but they can never be left unattended on the property.

Perfect spot in Raleigh

Peaceful

Great neighborhood and perfect place for me to work and rest while moving my son out of State for the summer. Everything was clean and I felt very safe. The backyard is so peaceful and I loved how environmentally conscious my hosts are. Highly recommend. Stay with Ben and Patty.

Overall Great Stay!

Welcoming and easy to access place ! Clean and safe neighbourhood, easy communication with the host and good location. Only thing I would request is to have a shower door or covering put in as it is wide open. Every shower, water splashes all over the toilet and floors making a mess. Overall, had a great time thank you so much!

Spent 3 nights at this wonderful place. The “apartment “ itself was so clean! Ben provided so many wonderful touches like snacks, boardgames, and of course, the pool table!! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Raleigh!

Great Stay near Raleigh

Such a wonderful little place to stay if you need to be in the Triangle area. There’s lots near by, in a cute and safe neighborhood. My dog and I loved walking around and exploring. The pool table was a fun touch. The host was very responsive with anything I needed. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!
