This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Great location and super clean
I had surgery around the corner and this spot was super convenient to the surgical centre as well as restaurants, making it easy to not have to over manage. It was peaceful and quiet. Much appreciated. We dint get to play pool but it was certainly enticing.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. He is a communicative, friendly, and the suite is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood is so green and peaceful, but close to all the sights in Raleigh! Highly recommend!
