We’re 5-7 minutes to Downtown Raleigh, full of restaurants, shops, breweries and parks. RDU Airport is within 15-20 minutes drive.
However you spend your time in Raleigh, you are sure to love your stay in this bright and comfy home.

Awesome stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The house was very convenient to the convention center. It was very comfortable for a family and nice to be able to spread out after a long day if games. Would definitely look to get it again when we are in the area.

Graduation Stay

We were traveling with 6ppl for my daughter‘s graduation from NC State. We were looking for somewhere we could all stay together & found this place on VRBO. It was in a great location the place was very clean and updated exactly as described. I even reached out and asked if we could check in early and he made that happen. Great stay we would definitely return..

Our recent stay at this property was perfect! The house is just as pictured. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was clean, comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. Matt was a great host and check in and check out was very easy.When in Raleigh, we would definitely stay there again!

Lovely home - great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. The house is perfect for a family of six. We had a wedding to attend just up the road and we could not have had a better place. We absolutely will stay here again

Raleigh stay

The property was perfect for our needs. We wanted to explore downtown Raleigh and our location was ideal. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get downtown without having to get back on a major highway. The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was always very responsive to any questions I had. Enjoyable stay!

Excellent Hotel Alternative for a family group

The property was very clean and comfortable. It also provided adequate room for four to six family members. We appreciated it as a less expensive alternative to two hotel rooms in a nice hotel near downtown Raleigh.

Concert Stay

We stayed here while in town for concert at Walnut Creek Amphitheater. It was very clean and cozy. The host was great. They really pay attention to detail and it was very nice! It is in great location near the venue. We had a great stay and worked out well for our family.

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood

This property is lovely and efficient. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the house was meticulously clean. We were vendors at a local event, and I normally haul a trailer; the only downside was there was no place to park the trailer if you aren't great at backing it up (which I'm not).
