The kids bedroom has two twin beds, a mini crib, a small game table, and a 50 inches smart TV, The professional office has a large desk, cabinets and a full-size sofa bed. The living room has a leather sofa and a loveseat, 65 inches smart TV, DVD player with 100+ family friendly DVD movies, a stereo system with a pair of professionally home built speakers. The great room has a leather sectional, a gas fireplace, 50 inches smart TV. In addition, the house has a screened porch and a deck with two lunge chairs.

Carolina blue at its best!!!!! Imagine vacationing (or working) in this pristine & beautiful 3,200 square feet home. The entire 3,200 square feet are on one floor, which means no stair to climb once inside the house. House has a wheelchair friendly ramp from the garage to the house. Trained pets (up to 2) are accepted. If you like classical music, you are in luck because of the many classical music CDs and the entire house has surround sound system!

This amazing house was built in 2004 with bricks on all 4 sides of the exterior walls and premium appliances, including Dacor gas range, oven, microwave and Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher. The entire house was recently repainted with Sherwin-Williams Superpaint. There are extra large and long windows throughout the whole house, so the whole place is filled with natural lights. The house features sparkling clean hardwood floor and tile floor. This property sits on 1.65 acre flat lot and has a nicely landscaped yard with a front fence and metal gate. Guests can close the gate with a remote control once inside the house.

Once you open the front door, you'll be impressed by the 8 round columns and the massive gorgeous painting on the ceiling in the center of the house. You'll notice the entire house has 10 feet or higher ceiling.

The kitchen has granite countertops and maple cabinets. It is equipped with various cookware, a blender, a rice cooker, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, cups. In other words, you'll have no problem cooking up a feast if you like to cook. The formal dining room has fine China in the cabinet.

Be blown away by the Master bedroom suite when you open the french doors. The massive room features a kind size bed with medium firm memory form mattress & extra pillows. The master bathroom has 96 inch granite countertop with dual vanities, oversized shower room, a jetted tub, and toilet room. The master closet has a lot of shelf space, iron board and iron. You can relax in the reclining leather chair and enjoy the 50 inch Vizio smart TV.

The guest bedroom suite features a queen bed and firm mattress, a full bathroom, and a 50 inch Panasonic HDTV with Amazon Fire TV Stick, which converts it into a smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin mattresses, a minicrib, a 50 inch Samsung HD TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick which converts into a smart TV. It has a kids' 3-in-1 game table: air hockey, foosball and pool table.

The office has a work desk, chair, and a power strip if you ever feel the itch to work. The sofa bed in the office can be converted to a bed easily. You can get extra pillows, sheets and comforters in either master or guest bedroom.

Relax in the screen porch or the huge deck, which has two lounge chairs, a metal table and 4 chairs. Enjoy the sunset while overlooking huge yard from the deck.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and you will occasionally see deers in the yard. These animals are harmless and will run away once they see people approaching. Despite its peaceful surrounding, the house is very convenient to all the local amenities. It's 15-30 minutes from the RDU International Airport, downtown Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, Duke University & Garden, UNC, NC State University, Duke University Hospital & Wake Med, and many outdoor recreation. The house front door is equipped with Eufy Smart Lock. I will issue guests a personal access code for the smart lock before arrival and the code will expire after checking out. Guests have access to the entire house and the garage during the stay. The house has an attic/second floor, but the attic space is completely unfinished and so it's not accessible to guests. The crawl space is not accessible to guests either.

Other things to note:
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The great room and screen porch also have ceiling fans.
All 3 bedrooms have USB and USB-C connections.
The entire house has energy efficient LED lights, including two smart LED lights in the front porch.
