Fantastic property

We were in town for a wedding. Could not have found a better location. Within walking distance to everything. We even walked to the wedding. House is gorgeous and has everything you could want. There is construction all around but we are early risers and it didn’t bother us at all. My sister enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching it

Exactly What We Wanted

I HIGHLY recommend this property. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, well decorated and very spacious. It was walking distance to everything we could need and the host was very responsive about recommendations in the area. I will stay here again if I ever find my self in the Durham area.

Clean, spacious and new

Everything was great. We were very comfortable. Thankfully there was only our car on premises as fitting two would be difficult. The area is trending and there’s construction all around. We walked to a few bars and restaurants at night and felt very safe.

Family Wedding in Durham.

It was a great place to stay with our adult children for a family wedding. It was comfortable and roomy. Typical to downtown rentals, it was noisy past 1:00 am and due to construction around us, a different noisy early in the mornings. Because of lots of traffic up and down the street, we were glad to have off-street parking.

We really enjoyed our time! The location is perfect if you have any events in Durham downtown/Bulls area! All within walking distance. The house was really clean and plenty of space for a family! I would definitely book it again.
