The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pls leave used towels in the basket placed in the bathroom.
Pls take out the trash to the Trash & Recycle bins in the parking lot.
Rinse used dishes and place into dishwasher and run the cycle. Dishwasher pods are under the sink cabinet. There is no dispenser, pls do take out the food debris and throw into trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Open flame, candles are not allowed. Smoking and Vaping are not allowed in the property. If there is violation, there will be $800 fine.
No parties pls. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Guest parking is provided as a convenience only. Landlord shall have no liability for loss or damage.
Residential Use Only: No commercial activities allowed nor pallet freight. For private stay only. Violation leads to fees and evacuation.
