I love the king size beds, the staff was awesome, very quite, and the best ever continental breakfast...although I wish they had turkey meat products...but other than that La Quintana for the win

I liked the 24 hour coffee availability. I didn't like how low the toilet was in our room. I think it was made for a 4 year old. It was definitely not standard height. Breakfast should go till at least 10 am for late risers.

For a “smoke free” hotel, all of the towels and bedding reeked of smoke. Also, there is no spa or hot tub as pictured. When I asked about it, the clerk told me it had been gone for a long time, and no one has updated the photos.

The shower was not clean. I didn't notice until the morning when i went to get in. There was black smudges on the sides of the tub. Also the shower curtain bar was loose. The curtain slides to the middle and would not stay closed.
Beds were clean and comfortable. Our floor was quiet.
We didn't stay for breakfast so i can't comment on that. We didn't use any of the facilities available. Score based on the shower not being clean.

The keypad didn’t work for the door, an alarm woke us up at 6 because someone set the clock, the fire detector wasn’t in operation because it was covered by plastic, the bed was broken, and there wasn’t any body wash

I personally would like a refund on my stay. The first night we had a room that smelled terrible and listened to the neighbors.. The walls are thin. The room was also filthy. The second night was quiet and our room did get switched.
The third night the floor was sooo loud with kids messing around. I called the desk a few times.

We had a lovely stay. We reserved a suite and it was fantastic. If we needed anything the staff was helpful. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. Allows dogs. Loved it.

Facilities is nice and updated but it is in a terrible location. It’s off of a busy road with no stop light to easily get back onto main road. Facilities are decently clean but the bath towels were disgusting. We noticed several bath towels with black curly hair stuck within the fibers of the towels.

Good morning Shonn, Sorry to hear about the issues you had at our property we will talk with housekeeping to check towels and make sure they check for hairs. There is a service road that you can use so you do not have cross the busy highway just ask front desk.
For our needs, we needed that location and an indoor pool that works. They had it. One minor problem was that we had to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2 due to a medical emergency and because I had used expedia, I had to go through 45 minutes of computers and finally a live person to get it done. They had trouble reaching this motel to confirm but finally did.
Why is everything so difficult and so hard to a real person to do it.?

They had a good variety for breakfast. There was an additional $75 charge but was advised it would be refunded after check out. We will see.

This property is obvioulsy a bit dated and I was willing to deal with that but my bathroom was not great. The shower curtain was dirty as wll as the bathtub floor. Thankfully there was a rubber tub mat over most of it, but I wish I had brought my shower sandals with me. Additionally there was a horrible smell in my room. It was a mix of an old smokers room with something I couldn't name specifically. Staff and breakfast were fine. Also just a heads up that you have to do this crazy left turn off the highway to get to the parking lot (depending on which side of the highway you on). I've never seen a left turn off a highway like that one, so just a heads up for other out of towners.
