Limited breakfast all they had was cereal and waffles. Had bread but no toaster. Had cereal but no milk… had waffles but no syrup. Also, the front desk ask for a $50 deposit down and said they will return it upon checkout. Never did. Room was decent but walls are thin. Heard everything and everyone yelling and screaming it was ridiculous.

I checked in around 11PM, I spoke a staff-Ricky, he was rude. I asked the $50 deposit to pay cash, he said no. I said what if I dont have credit card, he said, then you can leave the hotel. I said, customer shall have the right to chose deposit in cash or CC, he said that how it is! He also said, customer not always, he hated customer asking too much question. The next morning, I came down to request if I can check out at 12PM as we checked late at night, I drove a long way over 6 hrs, I needed my sleep. An Indian lady staff name Hal, said she won't allow, I said please, she said I am BETTER leave by 11AM, if not she won't refund the deposit and shut the door at me. She is rude as well. When I checked out at 11AM, I was going to talk the manager about it, an Indian man, I told him what happened, he said I better "Get out" the hotel now, Why you and your staff so rude, he yelled Get out the hotel, He was pounding the glass window. I was wordless, as a hotel customer, I never got treated it such way. They are so impolite, no training what soever, it almost like they like to argue and fight with customer. Such services bring bad name to the Brand, I told him I will complaint, he said you can try and he may not return my deposit.

The good: Staff was friendly and it was close to interstate, sort of updated rooms that were kept clean and odor free, mattress was firm but ok, food trucks right outside for an easy dinner The bad: Difficult to park as it had shared parking with gas stations; very busy and traffic was noisy; walls are thin so everything is heard in surrounding rooms and halls; people hanging out everywhere in the parking lot and gas station, only two tiny hard pillows per bed

The location is actually quite nice despite the outward appearance. The hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station and the parking lot is kinda tight. It is in walking distance of several food places. The front desk associate was super friendly and the room was very clean and welcoming.

Liked the property overall but the activity around the hotel made me a bit nervous . I think there was a homeless camp directly behind the hotel . And walked into the middle of a severe domestic argument between a couple ( In The gas station that the hotel shares a parking lot with ). But I did not have any problems

This is my 3rd time staying at microtel on my way passing though and the new upgraded rooms are very cozy and modern….everything was clean, smelt great and the bed was comfortable!!….the only complaint I have is it would be nice to have TVs with access to apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime like but over all I’d stay here again

The property was clean and smelled good. I loved that everyone had to have their key to even get into the lobby. It made me feel so safe. The only thing I didn't like was the outside is very noisy. The gas station in the parking lot was very convenient but it staryed busy and noisy.

I rented two hotel rooms paid in full before I arrived to have to pay another $100 at check in as a “deposit” but have yet to get it back! Both rooms were very dirty and outdated. One of the beds had dirt marks on the sheets like they weren’t changed out. Both rooms had a very strong weed smell in them. The men in the rooms all around us were very loud. Arguing in Spanish in the hallways very loud at 2am. The breakfast was toast, cold cereal and make your own waffles. No fresh fruit or eggs. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I checked into my hotel to find that the area was a bit questionable but I continued into the building checked in and proceeded to my room.. I got ready to shower and after getting in I was met with hair all over the shower curtain which I was able to capture video evidence of..I let the attendant know and he informed me that there was really nothing he could do and I would need to speak with the manager in the morning which I would not still be there to do so over all my experience was horrible because I couldn’t sleep in the bet for fear of what I would find in it.

I picked this hotel because it had the Wyndham label but it did not live up to the Wyndham standard. When I first checked in, I was told my reservation was canceled because they charge the card on file at 6 PM, but gave me no notice about my reservation being canceled. I ended up rebooking which was fine. Although the hotel is secured by key entry, there are still people loitering near the front door, which made me feel unsafe. Once I took the elevator up to my room on the second floor, I noticed that the carpet was horribly dirty. When I got into the room, it was not up to the standards of the pictures. You could see paint drops on the baseboards as well as a worn-out pillow on the window seat. When I arrived, we wiped down everything and it was full of dust, and just not very clean. The shower curtain didn’t have a liner. And the towels are just too small. All in all, I would not rebook here the next time I come to visit Raleigh North Carolina.

In a very bad neighborhood- felt safe inside- however can only enter through locked front doors- not able to use side doors- lots of drinking and marijuna smells around and in elevators

Microtel was nice and clean, had no issues with the room or staff. Free basic breakfast was ok, but what a sketchy area near the place. Seems like the worst portion of Raleigh.

#1 place not to go.
After paying for the room online, they charged me a surprise $50 fee for alleged damage fee. When I told them I did not have these fund I was told to pay it or cancel the room. There was blood splatter all over the room as if a serious issue had taken place and a poor cleanup job was done. The front seat personnel talked nasty to me and family. It was truly a terrible experience. The place is also roach infested. Spiders all over the place in the room.

Pictures mislead you
Two gas stations right in front of the place and one of them is open 24 hours and there is a taco truck in the parking lot. Trash everywhere outside and average amount of homeless people you could spot outside was two throughout my stay. Need a key to get into the lobby and front desk employee is behind plexiglass like at a detention center or prison. Breakfast nook for free breakfast is tiny and there was nothing hot besides a waffle and a big line for that. The give you a hard copy of hotel policy at check in and it is awkward.
