I checked in around 11PM, I spoke a staff-Ricky, he was rude. I asked the $50 deposit to pay cash, he said no. I said what if I dont have credit card, he said, then you can leave the hotel. I said, customer shall have the right to chose deposit in cash or CC, he said that how it is! He also said, customer not always, he hated customer asking too much question. The next morning, I came down to request if I can check out at 12PM as we checked late at night, I drove a long way over 6 hrs, I needed my sleep. An Indian lady staff name Hal, said she won't allow, I said please, she said I am BETTER leave by 11AM, if not she won't refund the deposit and shut the door at me. She is rude as well. When I checked out at 11AM, I was going to talk the manager about it, an Indian man, I told him what happened, he said I better "Get out" the hotel now, Why you and your staff so rude, he yelled Get out the hotel, He was pounding the glass window. I was wordless, as a hotel customer, I never got treated it such way. They are so impolite, no training what soever, it almost like they like to argue and fight with customer. Such services bring bad name to the Brand, I told him I will complaint, he said you can try and he may not return my deposit.
