This property had plenty of room for my family who was in town celebrating my daughter's graduation. The fenced in backyard was very nice for our dogs to play. The host was very responsive.

Great House

I was in town with 4 friends for an event at Duke University. The house was convenient to campus, well appointed and immaculately clean. The owner was proactive in communicating with me. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a chapel Hill Game stay weekend

House is large and great floor plan, it’s older home in an OK neighborhood but super clean and had everything you needed. Woke up to deer in the back yard and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area. Lots of beds comfortable and easy. Host was very responsive. Would def rent here again. Security system is great and felt safe.

Wedding Trip in Downtown Durham

Great location close to our family and all wedding events. Felt very safe with easy to use security system. House was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large family group of 12 adults. My mom really appreciated the nightlights in each room and hallways. We all loved the lamps with wireless and wired phone charging stations. Beautiful fenced in yard and patio! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

wonderful

I stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house and space was everything my family and I needed. The host was responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have had. We are across the street from a grocery store. We are 15 minutes from the mall and close to the downtown area.The house was spacious and it does have a fireplace, wish it was gas or electric but you have to get your own wood. I would stay again if i was visiting the area.

Great size for family gathering

We had a wonderful multi-gen holiday visit at this home. I was looking for a place with living room seating for my whole group including the family we were in town to visit, and this home delivered. It's on a busy street, but the large back yard is lovely and there are no rear neighbors. Ample parking, with space to turn around before pulling onto the street. Although not wheelchair accessible because of the short staircase down to the living room, it's otherwise on one level with no porch stairs, which was good for my guests with mobility issues. One minor appliance issue was addressed promptly, with follow-up call from the host to make sure all was well. And, easy check-in and check-out.

Durham home

Ned provided a clean home. The bedrooms are nicely spread out so everyone had their privacy. We were able to easily drive to a variety of places around Durham from the house.

Excellent home to work out your stay in Durham.

The home was really good and accommodating for the 4 of us to use as our base for our golf trip. Short drive to downtown. Everything went well, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house for anyone spending a few days in the Durham area.

Great stay for sporting event in Chapel Hill
