The second bedroom is detached from the main living area. It is located through the kitchen and the laundry room and has it's own entrance. This arrangement may not be suitable for young children if you are planning on using the second bedroom for their sleeping arrangement.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 2 miles from Downtown Durham, you'll be a quick drive from Duke University, DPAC, the American Tobacco Campus, and some of the city’s best dining, coffee shops, breweries, and nightlife. Whether you're here for work, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway, you'll love the home's central location and easy access to everything Durham has to offer.
