  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this clean and quite 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home 5 minutes from North Hills! Surrounded by Raleigh's best restaurants, shopping, and activities and minutes for HWY 540 and 440. Only 20 minutes from RDU Airport. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh, PNC arena, NC State University, and major hospitals.

    Extended Stay Monthly Leases/Or Longer Welcome.

    Our home is ideal for 4 guests, but we can accommodate up to 6 with the use of the fold down couches!

    Our place:
    Downstairs you will find a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker as well as a cozy living room with a smart TV and two leather couches that convert to futons great for additional sleeping space for children. Board games, cards, and a puzzle can be found in the console table in the living room. Also downstairs is a half bathroom and laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

    Off the kitchen is a large deck with outdoor seating and a lovely backyard great for yard games, pets, and children. Cornhole and Ladder Ball can be found in the outdoor storage room for your enjoyment.

    Upstairs you have a spacious king-sized bed with a large smart TV in one bedroom and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the other bedroom each with an ensuite bathroom.

    The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

Great location. Nice layout. Very comfortable stay. We were in town for my brother's funeral service. He was a longtime and avid cyclist, so the bicycle decor was a nice touch for us.

It felt like home right away

My husband and two small children loved our stay! The duplex instantly felt like home and my 3 year old was actually calling it “our new home.” We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect for what we needed and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations. Shower in one bathroom nozzle broken but made due with other shower. Friendly, updated, comfortable and within traveling distance to our needs. Would recommend to others.

The Perfect Spot!!!

Great Stay!

We stayed at North Hills Oasis for a week and had a great time. It’s a town home in a very cute neighborhood. It’s also conveniently located. Most places we went were 5-20 minutes away. The town home was very clean and comfortable. Max was helpful and responsive anytime we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty inside. Just enough room! I will say we had to take care of about 6-7 daddy long legs that were in the queen bedroom towards the ceiling. Looked like the corners hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Overall, everything was great.

Graduation Rendezvous

We had a great visit! We came in to Raleigh for our daughters graduation. The house was a great meeting point for us and other family members who came in to town. The location was fairly close to NC State and North Hills so we were able to get her moved out of her apartment, have a place to stage belongings before heading off to vacation. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and communication. I highly recommend this cute little place. Thank you!

Comfortable weekend stay

My family and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the space. The separate bathrooms in each bedroom with a half bath downstairs was nice to have. The kitchen has everything we needed and having k-cups of coffee was nice as we had forgotten to bring coffee. Max was quick to communicate and was always available for questions. The location was great and close to everything I needed as I was prepping for my brother's engagement party that was taking place only 10 minutes from the house. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future!

Great Visit

I had a conference to attend in Durham and my son lives in Raleigh and we brought our two pups with us and this was super convenient to my son. The place was well maintained and furnished. The neighborhood was nice and walkable which was good for our dogs. The only thing more we could have asked for was a fenced back yard (we can’t let our wandering dogs off leash outside 😄). Overall loved it!

Home away from home

We recently moved to Raleigh and stayed in this house for a month while our new house was renovated. It was perfect. Let’s start with the location. Not sure if it is technically in the cute, upscale North Hills neighborhood, but it may as well be, it is so close. The house itself is nice, and furnished well to give it a feeling of home. It was very clean, and really well-stocked. They pretty much thought of everything. The host was amazing: very easy to work with, thoughtful, and extremely prompt with communication. I am thankful we chose this house, because a month can last forever if you are uncomfortable or dissatisfied. 5 stars 100%.

Senior citizens and smart TVs

This was a lovely property in a convenient location. The king bed was comfortable but its height presented an amusing challenge for the two 85 year olds who used it! The smart tv with streaming was also a challenge for us. We ended up using a laptop and an hdmi cable in order to watch with our Spectrum subscription. Could not cast from cellphone to tv. Manager was helpful and friendly.

Max was a great host

Property was clean, accessible and had the basic necessities. The living room furniture were futons and weren’t very comfortable. However the set up of the duplex was nice and quaint. The yard was great and the leaves were blown for our pup. That was a nice surprise. One bathroom shower was showing signs of wear as the paint was peeling off the tile. The kitchen was very nice and had a coffee station however it would have been nice to have some sugar and creamer since they had kuerig pods available. Just a suggestion. Would stay there again.
