Spacious 2 bedrooms townhouse by the Greenway/ Pool access

If you are looking for a short two-day to a week or mid-term rental house (1-12 months), check out our clean two-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse. We can fit up to 4 people and accept pets (with a pet fee).

The house is next to a community pool, a 2-minute walk from the greenway (perfect for dog walking and biking), and the Neuse River. It's also next to a small shopping center, a gas station, and several grocery stores nearby. Only 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 30 minutes from RTP!

We have created a multi-use space on the first floor where you can cook, eat, play, and work with enough space for everyone to enjoy their time. We have a smart Tv that can connect to any streaming app and a notalgic video game consul and will provide hours of fun to any age!

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to cook a great dinner, and you can either sit in the dining area for a family meal or at the counter with the bar stools for a quick bite.

We have added a workspace with an adjustable table, high-speed internet, and a monitor.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two closets, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with full and twin-size beds and a work desk, as well as a full bathroom.

In between the rooms, we have the laundry area.

The property is right next to the community pool (a few steps away- available during the summer only) and a few minutes walk from the Greenway- perfect for dog walking, running, biking, or just walking along the Neuse River.

There is access from the neighborhood to a small shopping center and a gas station. Across from them are Walgreens and a grocery store (Food Lion).

The property is about a 3-minute drive from the 540, providing easy access to anywhere in the Triangle.
